Our Journey

Every journey is unique…

Our journeys started at different times but we saw first hand how our bodies were desperately needing love and attention. I (Krystina) started my weight-loss journey back in 2009, I tried every diet in the book from counting calories, low-carb high-protein, weighing and portioning my food and much more. I kept going around in vicious circle and could not grasp why I could not lose weight…
